Join us at Horse & Hounds for our Chef’s Table Wine & Dinner Event on Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Enjoy a carefully prepared three-course meal, each course paired with wines chosen to complement the flavors.
Event Details:
First Course: Kale salad with honey lemon vinaigrette, toasted almonds, dried cranberries, heirloom tomatoes, and red onion, served in a parmesan lattice bowl. Paired with Mark West Pinot Noir.
Second Course: Herb-crusted half rack of lamb with jus and red onion mint marmalade, served with baby roasted red potatoes, baby carrots, and Brussels sprouts. Paired with Don Nicanor Malbec.
Third Course: Croissant bread pudding with caramel sauce, homemade whipped cream, dark chocolate shavings, and caramel chips.
